Building the Future

As a Level V library, we provide top-tier services and programming to our community. Yet our current facility is no longer equipped to meet the growing needs of Spring Hill — from expanding access to technology to offering inclusive, flexible spaces for learning, collaboration, and connection.
A new facility isn’t about “more of the same”, it’s about creating a modern space that reflects the way people learn, connect, and discover today. With rising demand for programs, technology access, quiet study areas, and community gathering space, the time to act is now.
This is about building a library for the future; one that serves everyone, at every stage of life.
The Vision
The new library facility will:
- Expand space to match growing community demand and usage
- Offer flexible, technology-rich areas for learning, collaboration, and creativity
- Support the library’s expanding programs and services for all ages
- Provide dedicated spaces that serve all ages of the community
- Accommodate high circulation, growing collections, and more efficient service delivery
- Meet state standards for staffing, space, and access to modern technology
- Reflect Spring Hill’s commitment to access, equity, and lifelong learning
